Below is an overview of the background of our management team and a few key

As an owner and President of SBR Technologies, Lisa manages the day-to-day
operations and all financial aspects of the company. Prior to joining SBR Technologies, Lisa
managed several large commercial facilities for major international corporations. These
experiences taught Lisa the need for building strong client relationships, marketing strategies,
hiring and training talented employees and overall project management. Lisa is currently
responsible for managing the business affairs of the company, including hiring of personnel,
developing and administering corporate procedures and regulations, developing and managing
contracts, financial reporting and oversight, and consulting with the Company's accountants and
attorneys. Lisa has two degrees in History, a B.A. from the University of California at
Berkeley and a M.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and has been with SBR
Technologies since 1997.
As the first full-time employee of SBR Technologies, David has been
involved in both administrative and technical aspects of the company for the past 10 years.
Currently, some of David's responsibilities include developing new business and corporate
level strategies, managing technical projects, and developing new business opportunities. As
an expert in the development of technologies for the biological treatment of industrial
wastes, David has published articles and given presentations worldwide on a range of
environmental topics. David has a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in biological engineering from
Cornell University, and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University.
David has been with SBRT since 1993.
A researcher dedicated to the application and implementation of
research results, Bob developed and designed the first full-scale Sequencing Batch Reactor
(SBR), a system that he named in 1967. Since that time, his work was the basis of
approximately 10,000 full-scale systems around the world. As Chief Technical Officer, Bob
works with our industrial and government clients to help them implement and develop
technologies that protect the environment and reduce costs. Bob is a member of many
engineering organizations, winner of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers 1989 Larry
K. Cecil Award, and a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering and Geological
Sciences at the University of Notre Dame. He also is the author of a large number of
publications. Dedicated to learning, teaching and applying this knowledge, Bob holds a B.S.
and a M.S. from Tufts University and a Ph.D. from Rice University. Bob has been with SBR
Technologies since he founded the company in 1983.
As Senior Technical Advisor for SBR Technologies, Lloyd applies his
experience in environmental engineering to help our clients with the treatment of their
waste issues that affects the air, water and soil. An Associate Professor in the Department
of Civil Engineering and Geological Sciences at the University of Notre Dame, Lloyd works to
educate others while being actively involved in the practical application of research
findings. Since 1964 he has worked on global projects to clean up the environment, focusing
specifically on the development and application of SBRs for treating industrial and municipal
wastewater. A member and advisor to many environmental engineering groups and projects,
Lloyd has published many articles and significant reports. Lloyd has a B.S. from Michigan
State University, and a M.S., M.P.H. and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
